8 Reasons WWE Should Offer Carlito More Money To Return

1. He Can Carry A Feud

As well as the aforementioned feud with John Cena, Carlito was also involved in entertaining storylines with Big Show, Ric Flair and Torrie Wilson during his run with the company. Although never deviating far from his original 'cool heel' persona, he proved himself capable of carrying a feud with a variety of fellow superstars. If there's one major criticism that can be levied at WWE's midcard at present, it's the fact that feuds are poorly written and lazily booked. Rivals either clash with one another for little reason (such as the current feud between Ryback and Kevin Owens), or see their storylines devolve into ludicrous soap operas (such as the ongoing saga between Dolph Ziggler and Rusev). Carlito's ability to play a legitimately detestable heel or cocky, charismatic babyface means that he is always able to inject interest into his angles. He may not have been the model WWE superstar during his initial run, but he was certainly an exciting one - and a figure that should be welcomed back with open arms.
