7. Cruiserweight Open: Billy Kidman, Shannon Moore, Jamie Noble, Jimmy Yang, Chavo Guerrero, Juventud Guerrera, Psychosis
The cruiserweights of WCW are among the best performers in the history of the company. It was what WCW was known for during the mid to late 1990s. When they put cruiserweights in the ring, we got excited because we knew the match was good. It was much better than watching a plodding match by some of the bigger guys in the company. All of the names mentioned above worked for WCW and all of them also worked for WWE at some point. Kidman and Noble are the only two that still work for WWE. All of them are young enough, athletic enough and skilled enough to put on a good match if they were given a chance to do so. A "Cruiserweight Open" match basically means you can have as many guys in there with the first one getting the pin being declared the winner. Give them 10-15 minutes to let them do their thing and put on an entertaining opener. Out of all those names, Kidman was probably the biggest name in that group and would be booked as the winner. He probably weighs more than a cruiserweight now, but if he was prepared for it he'd do well.
