8 Superstars Who Suffered From WWE Draft 2016

2. Big Show

Big Show is one guy who can look at the draft last night with legitimate surprise, a man who was chosen way earlier than he truly had any right to be. Show's name was called 23rd overall, making him RAW's 14th pick and a more valuable choice than Neville, Cesaro, Alberto Del Rio and Kalisto. Not bad going for a WWE veteran of 17 years.

Big Show shouldn't get too comfortable however. He now finds himself on Monday Night RAW, a show that has Mick Foley as its General Manager. Show and Foley have had many battles throughout their careers, but it is quite clear that Foley is nothing more than a puppet for the real head of RAW at this point; Stephanie McMahon.

Stephanie McMahon has a long history of humiliating Big Show on national television, and if she starts to lose her grip on power there is every reason to believe that the Billionaire Princess will look to manipulate the World's Largest Athlete once more. Show may have been better off heading to the blue brand, and the relatively safer regime of Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
