6. Development Of The Shane/Authority Storyline
This point illustrates the importance of balance. We'd all like to see those tantalising undercard matches be given plenty of time, but fans are also hungry for some much needed plot development in the wake of 'Mania 32.
As refreshing as Shane's stint has been in charge of Raw, the reasoning behind his stay becomes more and more tenuous with each passing week.
Stephanie's return on this week's show seems to imply that there'll be some sort of power struggle between Shane and The Authority as we head into the summer - with rumours of another brand split even being thrown around.
Hopefully we see this angle fleshed out a little more at Payback - and hopefully WWE achieve this without infringing upon the card's actual matches too much.
