8 Things We Learned From The WrestleMania Go-Home Smackdown Live! (March 28)

7. Luke, I Am Your Father

Maryse The Miz
WWE

A real-life victim of Randy Orton's systematic destruction of the Wyatt Family, Luke Harper has been left completely directionless since 'The Viper' stirred up toxicity in the group, with his Royal Rumble turn never developing into a big match with his former leader until the worst possible time.

A lamb to the slaughter in Bray's last match before WrestleMania, Harper was cast as a jobber-to-the-stars despite his near miss at the number one contender's slot in his battles with AJ Styles several weeks ago.

It's not clear if Harper will even end up in the Andre The Giant Battle Royal, which in itself has become the graveyard for forgotten mid-carders at the 'Show of Shows'.

With the character in a state of flux, more fog drifted over Harper's intentions, as he was temporarily entranced by Wyatt's stare, allowing Bray to hit a Sister Abigail for the anticlimactic victory.

So close to the 'Show of Shows', this almost looked as though he may have a role to play in the WWE Title match on Sunday, which would be a deserved honour for his tireless efforts carrying the in-ring portion of the Wyatt act for virtually their entire run.
