The inclusion of old faces can bring a sense of nostalgia and star power, but the main focus of the women's tournament should be on creating several new stars. Both the Cruiserweight and UK events introduced more casual WWE fans to a whole host of new faces, not just tournament winners TJ Perkins and Tyler Bate.

The event could see chances be given to several beloved indie darlings, wrestlers many may feel have deserved a shot in the big leagues for many, many years now. Potential future stars include Candice LeRae, Kimber Lee, and the aforementioned Kairi Hojo.

Special mention must also be given to Hojo's Stardom counterparts Io Shirai and Mayu Iwatani, who complete a trio Dave Meltzer referred to as three of the best wrestlers in the world. Shirai has been linked to WWE recently and could well appear in the tournament, while Iwatani certainly deserves an opportunity alongside her peers.
