Boring is starting to be replaced by the name of one of WWE's most popular Superstars who doesn't even really work for the company anymore. CM Punk chants are becoming less common, but they still tend to pop up once per show when the fans wish they were being presented with something better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-gwbfWigrE Punk was a fantastic entertainer who could play the crowd like a fiddle. If he wanted cheers, he could get them, and if he wanted heat, he got it. Few Superstars have ever been able to command an audience like CM Punk, and one of the main reasons for that is because he is not really playing a character. His persona is not far off from his real personality, which makes it easier for fans to accept him as a person and not a gimmick. While chanting Punk's name is a sign that the crowd wants him back, it is also becoming a chant used whenever the fans get restless. Its beginning to fade right now, but there will probably be Punk chants at every show until we know for sure that he is not coming back.
