8 Things WWE Did Right At Money In The Bank

7. Randy Orton Showed Toughness By Working Through A Nasty Cut

Randy Orton twitterRandy Orton twitterAny time there are weapons involved in a match there's a chance a guy can get cut open. In today's PG version of WWE they don't want to see anybody bleed, but it does happen from time to time. During the main event, Randy Orton was on the receiving end of a ladder shot that nailed him in the top of the head. He saw it coming at the last second, but he couldn't get a hand up to block it or to get out of the way. He took it head on€literally. You may have noticed that towards the end of the match WWE was hesitant to show any close-ups of his head. There were plenty of shots of his back, though. They don't want to show blood. That' why they shot it that way. Orton's bloody head required twelve staples to keep it closed. Give him credit for continuing in the match despite the head wound.
