4. Arkansas Hog Pen
This match happened during the aftermath of The Kliq's curtain call at Madison Square garden. Kevin Nash and Scott Hall had left the company, Shawn Michaels was Vince's top dog, so who would take the blame? Step forward Triple H. It was well know at the time that Triple H, then Hunter Hearst Helmsley, was ascending to the top of the card. However, the fact Vince punished him for the infamous curtain call halted his rise to the main event. Instead, he was forced to compete in matches like this. The Hog Pen match between Triple H and Henry O. Godwin took place at In Your House PPV 1995, otherwise known as Seasons Beatings. The singles bout started in the ring but would make its way to a makeshift pig pen filled with mud. The pair battled near to the outside of the pen where Henry delivered the Slop Drop, or Scorpion Death Drop, onto the floor causing Hunter's back to bleed. To win the match, you had to send your opponent flying into the Hog Pen. Hunter actually won the match after backdropping Godwin into the mess. Once the match was over, HHH was brought into the pen via a gorilla press slam delivered by Godwin. Vince McMahon on commentary loved the idea of the snob was covered in mud. To Hunters credit, he threw in a couple of ridiculous back bumps just to sell the idea that he really hated. He probably did hate it, though.
