8 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite (1 Feb - Review)

6. Decent Progression In The Women's Division

The Homegrowns Vs. Imports storyline was advanced slowly on last night's Dynamite. This was solid, which is all too often a synonym for boring, but a gradual step in the right direction.

The Bunny challenged Jamie Hayter, but Renee Paquette learned that a brawl had broken out elsewhere in the building. Toni Storm and Saraya had attacked Dr. Britt Baker, whom Ruby Soho visited in medical later in the show. Soho was adamant that she had nothing to do with it, and only wanted to check on Baker's condition, but she has worked for WWE before.

Teasing alignments ahead of an expected faction war that provides the division with focus, depth, and a firm, overlapping direction, this was not not intriguing.
