2. The Elite Take Control

Matthew and Nicholas Jackson's reign of terror as EVPs escalated this week, with consequences that ranged between hilarious and totally dire. The opening credits being edited to exclusively feature The Elite was a wonderful start, as was every obnoxious promo they cut across the two hours.

And that's before accounting for the time they spared for Jack Perry later on during the episode. The 'Scapegoat' cut his best ever heel promo on Dynamite, adding more muscle to the snarky expressions that have thus far defined his comeback. Unapologetic and sinister, he may never be a truly credible threat, but this was yet again evidence that playing the security footage from All In: London might have been the right call after all.

Tony Khan looking like a feckless dweeb in his office for Dynamite's cold open was as funny as the attack on him last week, but it was another reminder that the real (?) heat was never going to be generated from comically decking a billionaire's kid.

Instead, it was always going to come from battering...
