8 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming (15 Dec)

5. From A King To A God

Brody King's imminent AEW arrival was teased in last night's Malakai Black vignette, which saw the Dutchman twist his usual metaphorical lines around dark, foreboding imagery, as is typically the case.

"The House always wins," he said, blowing black mist into the face of an unidentified accomplice. The follow-up, "You're so much more than a King," showed Black's hand.

The House of Black is now coming together. King, Black's tag team partner in PWG, will prove a fine roster addition and ally for Malakai. Stylistically and aesthetically, they're a great fit together; one that will bring something different to a tag scene that could use a fresh pairing or two.
