8 Ups & 5 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Jan 7)

6. Desi Domination

The issues between The Desi Hit Squad and the team of TJP and Fallah Bahh rolled into 2020, with Mahabali Shera, Rohit Raju, and Raj Singh taking on TJP and Bahh, who had been joined by Daga. While not exactly the most traditional tag team in Impact's doubles division, the comedy chemistry between TJP and Fallah is exceptional. The latter was made to run the ropes time and time again, eventually getting out of breath, so TJP simply tipped him onto his opponent.

As the match progressed, so did Bahh's willingness to adapt apparently, as he dove through the ropes to wipe out a swarm of talent. It's wonderful how far he's come since arriving in the company almost three years ago. Speaking of people who have come on leaps and bounds, Shera is now one of the most dominant members of the Impact roster, thankfully turning into a powerhouse after ditching the weird finger dance he used to do.

The fact he wasn't even active for much of the much just goes to show how dominant he truly is. With Raju and Singh giving out most of the offence from the DHS side of things, Shera simply came in and planted TJP into the mat with a Sky High for the three count. That was his only main move of the whole match. Clearly, Gama Singh has made a phenomenal investment in bringing him into the fold of The Desi Hit Squad.
