Concerns around honouring a man of Warrior's dubious reputation aside, both Titus O'Neil and Rich Hering absolutely deserved to be on the podium last night.

O'Neil is a certified force for good in the wrestling business. Drawing on his own experiences to help create better futures for struggling children through his many charitable endeavours, he is a tireless worker and a selfless, kind-hearted man who, if anything, doesn't get enough credit for all the good he puts out into the world. His speech on creating opportunities for others to succeed was rousing.

Hering, meanwhile, is an unheralded backstage hero with over 50 years in WWE, credited as a "problem solver" by some of the biggest names in the sport. He came across as an extremely humble and restful man as he thanked the hundreds of employees he had served with and the audience for helping make WWE so huge.
