Few match types are designed to create star-making performances than the Royal Rumble. The energy of a surprise appearance, an opportunity to batter multiple opponents at once, and the chance to create a buzz by tossing victims around – and out of – the ring… the Rumble is the perfect platform.

Jordynne Grace is not a Rumble neophyte, but Saturday was her first Rumble as an official WWE superstar, and she received quite the reaction from the fans. She didn’t waste it, coming in and throwing women around, and at one point delivering clotheslines to wrestlers while Roxanne Perez was on her back. She hoisted Piper Niven up and delivered a Death Valley Driver on the larger opponent as well, popping the crowd.

It was a good “official” debut for Grace, though WWE could have had her clear out some of the deadwood rather than just letting her amass one elimination (Jaida Parker) in that initial flurry. Overall though, Jordynne gets positive marks.
