Look I'm not stupid, I know this match is Ember Moon's homecoming and her opponents are only there to drag it out, put up a fight, lay down for her, and never mention it again but, christ alive, at least play their music!?

Beyond that outrage, there's not really a whole lot to say here. Ember Moon looked fantastic, and was a sad indictment of how badly the main roster uses wrestlers who are vastly better in the ring than they are at cutting hokey promos and """""""""comedy""""""""" backstage segments. Plus, giving them a full 15 minutes meant this carried the main-event feel her return warranted.

Commentary would have told you she hadn't lost a step whatever happened but, in fairness, it was absolutely true. Explosive, inventive, impactful, she wasn't quite at the level she was when she was propping up this division but she wasn't far away. With Io having run through virtually the entire division by now, she might be the right person to refresh the belt.
