It’s a minor point, but once in a while, you have to scratch your head and wonder if everyone was asleep when something was presented to the decision-makers.

NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn II was partly sponsored by Jolly Ranchers. This meant that the company’s logo and slogan were splattered all over the show at various points. And that’s all well and good, but the slogan was one that just made you shake your head a little: “Keep on sucking.”

It’s not a bad slogan for a candy company, but when you’re looking at a replay of a wrestling move and those words are right next to the offense, it’s a little comical, and not it a flattering way. Hearing Corey Graves deliver the tagline didn’t help either.

Again, not a bad thing, but something that needed to be noted, and it definitely wasn’t a positive.
