7. Cloverleaf = Rest Hold
This is a minor issue, but it bears mentioning. Toward the end of the latest match between Randy Orton and Sheamus, the Celtic Warrior cinched in the Cloverleaf and torqued back on Orton, holding him in the submission hold for quite some time. With a rope break, Sheamus broke the hold and went to pick Orton up, only to eat an RKO and lose seconds later. What then threw things off was to see Orton stomp around the ring celebrating his victory not even a half-minute after being beaten half to death. Call it a matter of consistency, but if youre in a submission hold for a good while, even if you manage to pull out a victory suddenly, you should still be stinging. Orton is not the only one guilty of this. John Cena does it quite often, taking a beating and then pulling out a win and acting like hes only got a boo-boo. Brushing off your opponents offense after the bell like that cheapens the impact. Look at Rusev on Raw last week. He sold his match against Cesaro (and Kevin Owens) well into his match against Cena, acting like hed been through a war. That is how you show your opponent some respect.
