8 Ways WWE's Booking For Survivor Series Has Made No Sense
8. John Cena Doesn't Help His Teammates
Let's start with the most obvious insult to our intelligence. For the past several weeks, The Authority have taken it upon themselves to send their goons out to attack John Cena's Survivor Series squadmates. Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus and The Big Show have all fallen prey to their tactics. Yet our hero Cena just sits back in the locker room chilling while his partners get manhandled. Why are they loyal to him? And how does he explain his lack of intervention? It would take five seconds of TV time for Triple H to say "If John Cena interferes he's suspended" to explain away his refusal to help, yet WWE just ignores this glaring detail like it doesn't matter. Some of us pay attention to these things and they do matter to us. Just because "it's only wrestling" doesn't mean we don't deserve a cohesive story. There is literally zero reason why Ziggler should stand by Cena, all it's gotten him is beaten up repeatedly and his job put on the line. Thanks, John.
