8 Wrestlers Who NEED A Big Push After WWE Royal Rumble 2026

After blowing minds in NXT with his athletic style and natural charisma, Je’Von Evans's turbocharged performance in this year's men's Royal Rumble killed any doubt that it is too soon for the 21-year-old to be thrust into the big leagues. Evans made an incredible impression in his first-round defeat to Gunther in The Last Time Is Now Tournament late last year, which was only accentuated by Je'Von's high-flying antics in this year’s Rumble match, as The Young OG lasted longer than any man at 40 mins 58 seconds.

Je'von Evans has that rarest of skillsets, in that he is perfect for WWE's family-friendly audience but is also super over with everyone you've seen complaining online about this year's Royal Rumble. His offence looked great when bouncing over Oba Femi to deliver a flying clothesline to Damian Priest, and he got Michael Jordan levels of hang time in the air when taking a devastating Samoan drop from Jacob Fatu.

There was no shame in Je'von being eliminated by Randy Orton, but if there is a slight worry for the bounciest man in WWE, it’s that he didn’t come out of the Rumble with a clear enemy or storyline. Despite being in the match longer than anyone else, this year's men's Royal Rumble Iron Man didn’t eliminate a single competitor, so there isn’t an obvious person for him to feud with on the road to WrestleMania 42. Yet.
