5. Chamber Doesn’t Contain All

If you believe that the Elimination Chamber provides a foolproof way to contain all wrestling action and prevent any outside interference, then you clearly haven’t watched wrestling for very long.

Despite being an enclosed structure where all the participants are locked inside before the match starts, we have seen numerous instances where outsiders have provided an assist, such as Ric Flair handing Triple H his sledgehammer in 2003. The Wyatt Family and Kane both interfered in the 2014 chamber match, taking John Cena and Daniel Bryan out of the bout.

Perhaps the most infamous interference came in the 2010 Elimination Chamber match, when Undertaker was defending the World Heavyweight Championship. It was down to Taker and Chris Jericho when Shawn Michaels came up from the chamber floor and hit Sweet Chin Music on the Deadman.

HBK was trying to convince Undertaker to face him at WrestleMania again, but Taker kept refusing. This finally helped put Undertaker over the edge.
