8 WWE Network Show Ideas That Must Happen

8. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Chris Jericho, Or Jim Ross Podcast

Stone Cold Steve Austin Podcast All three of these men have proven their worth in the world of podcasting, and it's almost certain that would translate to the WWE Network. By running a Monday-Wednesday-Friday show (one with each host per week), the WWE would have cost-effective, entertaining original programming on their hands, almost in the style of ESPN's "Herd with Colin Cowherd", a daily radio show simulcast on ESPN. The beauty of these three, is that the WWE could either run the show live from a studio, or pre-recorded and stockpile original episodes. The flexibility in which having wrestling related-hosts provides is unlike almost any program the WWE can produce, as the guests on the show don't necessarily have to be wrestling related as well. The hosts can also talk old wrestling stories, or even provide commentary or insight on the current WWE product as well. Simulcast radio shows and podcasts are proven commodities, and the same would surely carry over into pro wrestling. While Jim Ross is on the outs with the WWE, he's always been a company man and would surely hop aboard. As is pertains to Stone Cold Steve Austin, any way that the WWE can involve him in the WWE Network is a positive, as he's still a hot topic in wrestling.
