8 WWE NXT UK Stars Who Could Eventually Thrive On WWE's Main Roster

4. Toni Storm

The only other woman in NXT UK more deserving of a spot on the SmackDown Live or Raw roster right now is Toni Storm.

Having been a cornerstone of the brand since its launch late last year, Storm possesses every tool necessary to be a big star in WWE. She was first introduced to the WWE masses through the 2017 Mae Young Classic, and although she was unsuccessful in taking home the trophy that year, she went on to win it in 2018 by knocking off Io Shirai in the finals at Evolution.

That would have been an ideal time for Storm to be brought up to the main roster, but she had unfinished business in NXT UK in the form of the NXT UK Women's Championship. She lost to Rhea Ripley in the tournament to crown the inaugural champ but beat her in a rematch at TakeOver: Blackpool to capture the gold.

With successful title defenses against Ripley and Jinny under her belt, Storm's reign has been nothing short of stellar so far. However, there's enough talent in that division that they won't need Storm around for much longer.

If Ripley reports to Raw as previously noted, then SmackDown Live would eventually be a good home for The Lightning Down Under. There, she can mix it up with Charlotte Flair, Bayley and Ember Moon, among others.
