8 WWE Stars Who Should Consider Retiring In 2015

6. Kane

Kane is the oldest full time active wrestler in WWE. Even though he's 47 years old and could probably work a lighter schedule, he's still working nearly every weekend at live events while appearing on Raw most weeks as well as Smackdown. Not only that, but lately he's been headlining live events against John Cena, so he's still a very valuable employee to WWE. When you watch Kane in the ring on television he really doesn't look bad at all. It's just that there really isn't a lot of heat for anything he does. We've seen him do the same things so many times that there's really nothing he could do change things up at this point. He's worn the mask, taken it off, put it back on, taken it off and done that so much that he's definitely not as important a performer as he was. The reason he's still around is that he's one of the most reliable employees that Vince McMahon has ever had. He's been healthy for most of the past 17 years as the Kane character and done everything that the company has asked of him. The character has been through ridiculous things, but the man is a model employee. Since he's approaching 50 years old, he might need to start thinking about retirement. He already has an insurance business in Tennessee with his wife. He won't make WWE money doing that, but it's not a bad life for a guy that has been on the road nearly every week for 20 years. It adds up after a while. Nobody would blame him if he called it a career. It might happen in 2015 for him.
