Nightmare: WWE's decision to lengthen pay-per-views as standard means the larger events (Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam etc) are even longer than they were before. In an effort to fill the time, WWE are prone to sticking as many matches on the card as possible.

It could be seen as value for money, but too many bouts has already killed crowds on shows like Extreme Rules. The nightmare scenario here is that fans in New York grow bored and want to go home by the time the final few matches are up.

Chances Of It Coming True: Given the recent trend of stacked cards, this is all but guaranteed.

The aforementioned Extreme Rules had 12 matches (including the pre-show) in total, and Money In The Bank hosted 11. To put that into perspective, WrestleMania 34 had 14 matches, a number only forgiveable because of its status as the biggest show of the year.

In today's WWE, presenting more and more is a way of life.
