Asuka not only won her NXT debut match against Dana Brooke, she looked absolutely brutal in it. Her stiff style garnered chants of "Asuka City" from Full Sail, which was a creative comparison.

Her submissions were believable and deadly. She took Dana down for an armbar at one point that really came out of nowhere. Her final submission was a cross face chicken wing that that was completely inescapable for her opponent.

Asuka even showed plenty of humor and personality like when she copied Dana's poses. And not only did she look like a dominant force in the women's division, she made Dana look great in the process too. This was easily her best action in the ring.
