Their loss in the semi-finals definitely was a shocker. They were considered the favorites to win but they still had an incredibly good showing against Baron Corbin and Rhyno.

Chad Gable's athleticism was on full display as he came up with some pretty cool reversals in this match. He also had an impressive bridging German suplex on Corbin that needs to be seen. Jordan also had a good hot tag sequence where he cleaned house and looked equal to the well-booked Corbin.

To show the appreciation for this up-and-coming team, the crowd came up with a few interesting chants. "Save the Gable" was one and another was when they chanted Gable's name to the tune of Kurt Angle's theme song. It's hard to imagine a higher honor than that.

Gable and Jordan did not advance past the semifinals, but they are clearly over with the NXT fans. Please build the NXT tag team division around these guys for the next 6 months to a year.
