Bayley is the perfect representative on what a pure babyface should be. Just like the letter that she wrote when she was a child about how much she wanted to be a wrestler when she grew up, she comes across simply as a kid living out her dream. Her heart is always on full display.

For two TakeOver events in a row, she's fought Sasha Banks for the NXT Women's Championship. On both occasions she's been victorious. In both matches it was a show-stealing affair. This Iron Man match at Respect was a well paced bout that had the fans firmly behind her when the match kicked into that really high gear in the final few minutes.

There was a long sequence of Sasha trying to get Bayley to tap to the Banks Statement at the end but Bayley toughed it out and overcame. She instead made Sasha submit for the 3-2 win when she wrenched both arms behind Sasha's back in a Rings of Saturn and repeatedly stomped on her head in the closing seconds.

Bayley's NXT Women's Championship reign is off to a great start. She's a superstar in NXT and is more than capable at this point of being one of the focal points that this promotion is built off of.
