NXT TakeOver: Respect was broadcast live on the WWE Network and proved to be another big success for the NXT brand. Respect was a solid show from start to finish so there are plenty of winners that are being talked about from this card.

9. The Mechanics
Even though they lost the opening match in the semi-finals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, this felt like their coming out party. They were paired against NXT Champion Finn Balor and Samoa Joe and looked like they were the superior team throughout most of the match.
In the early goings, they brawled and took a smash-mouth style to Joe. As the match progressed, they looked like pure technicians as they dismantled the leg of Finn Balor.
Dawson and Wilder made it to the semi-finals of this tournament and had a chance to show what they had in the opener of this TakeOver special and absolutely delivered. Expect this duo to be major players in the NXT tag team division and even on the main roster in the future.
