The Ascension were one of the first few acts that arrived in NXT upon the brand's re-launch in the summer of 2012, and they instantly turned heads with their brooding act. It was unlike anything else in WWE at that time, and although their matches were nothing special, their entrance was insanely cool.

Unfortunately, the original incarnation of the group was forced to disband when Kenneth Cameron was fired in late 2012 after getting arrested. The Ascension remained intact with Konnor replacing Cameron, but the act just wasn't the same, and they have been dead in the water ever since.

Meanwhile, there is plenty of untapped potential with the man now known as Bram. He has been a force to be reckoned with in TNA and captured his first singles title earlier this year in the form of the King of the Mountain Championship. He fell off the radar after that and hasn't been on TV in months, but it is inevitable that he resurfaces and continues to unleash complete chaos on the roster.
