We all remember Shawn Michaels throwing Marty Jannetty through the window of the Barber's Shop in January 1992. It was one of the great tag team splits, and an all-time great heel turn too, and was the start of an incredible singles career for Shawn Michaels. Jannetty? Well, he turned out to be the Marty Jannetty of the team, funnily enough.

The feud between the two didn't really begin until a year after the split, as Jannetty was released from the company not long after his face met Beefcake's window. As 1992 became 1993 the two finally began to do battle in the ring, with Michaels defeating Jannetty at the 1993 Royal Rumble.

Two weeks later Jannetty would finally get his revenge, pinning Michaels in the middle of the ring on Monday Night RAW and winning the Intercontinental Championship in the process. The win came via a slight assist from Mr. Perfect, and three weeks later Michaels reclaimed the belt at a house show.

Interestingly enough, Jannetty's win came at the climax of the same episode that saw Razor Ramon shockingly lose to The Kid.
