9 Levels Of Bret Hart & Hulk Hogan's Heated Rivalry
8. Bret Hart's Interviews
Over the last decade, Bret Hart has let the public in on some of his truest feelings on the current product, and things that happened during his heyday. His opinions tend to make a ton of sense, and his autobiography is probably the finest ever written by a wrestler.
However, his interviews are instant classics, here are a few transcripts.
His thoughts on Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff and what they're doing in TNA:
"I got no faith in either one of them. Like, zero. I don't... they're going nowhere. If anything, they're going to lose a lot of ground. They're spending a fortune on a guy that's worthless, and Bischoff is just as worthless as Hogan. The two of them got zero to offer the business. The only thing Hulk Hogan knows, or knew -- it doesn't even matter anymore, he's older than I am but still hanging on and still hanging in there -- but Bischoff and Hogan, the only thing Hulk Hogan ever knew was how to make Hulk Hogan. He couldn't tell you how to make AJ Styles or Samoa Joe. What's Hulk Hogan going to tell Samoa Joe? He doesn't know anything to even tell him, he's got zero to offer."
“There’s a lot of wrestlers I worked with in those days that still stop me and tell me that the greatest match they ever had was with me… I take pride in that… I wish guys like Hulk Hogan might’ve had the courage to get in the ring with me, because I maybe could’ve given him his best match that he ever had, also. - Bret Hart
How could Hogan ever be cool with a guy who has said these things about him?
