There were a few nasty botches during Battleground, but easily the most unpleasant to watch was Big E's bungled flying spear as he attempted to knock Braun Strowman off the apron.

Big E got caught up and appeared to land directly on his neck or head, causing many on social media to suggest that the big guy might be seriously injured or even dead.

Big E does the move way too much to the point that it's not so much exciting as it is anxiety-inducing: it's an awesome-looking move but not worth the risk involved, and if he never did it again, he'd still be just fine.

It made it hard to care about the finish of the match when we hadn't been given an update on Big E's condition, even if he ultimately ended up just fine. Neither Big E nor the fans need this.
