9 Things We Learned From WWE Chronicle: Charlotte Flair

1. She Hates Being Labelled 'Ric Flair's Daughter'

Although there's absolutely no question that Charlotte is immensely proud of her father, and has done everything possible to uphold his incredible, illustrious legacy, she absolutely despises when she is reduced to being merely 'Ric Flair's daughter' by the media.

In a scene which absolutely was not staged, no sir, Flair launches into a slightly foul-mouthed tirade, lamenting that after everything she's done for the company, "that's what [ESPN] f*cking call me?" Charlotte had already explained how it "makes her blood boil" when people say everything has been handed to her (although admittedly, that is really a storyline point), and her frustrations seem to run over when her achievements are similarly dismissed by such a lazy appellation.

"Do better, ESPN," she orders. After all, how many WrestleManias did Ric Flair headline?

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
