Hands up who happens to be a fan of Chilean independent wrestling. There can't be many reading this who are, being honest, but that's no knock on Catalina Garcia's work in the country. Before joining WWE and becoming a PC recruit, she worked as "La Diva del Ring" Jessy in companies like Revolución Lucha Libre.

Aside from becoming a two-time Women's Champion in that promotion, Jessy also worked for the likes of MAX Lucha Libre and 5 Luchas. She brings experience to the table, and worldly experience at that. Her history, heritage and knowledge instantly make her one of the stand out female signings of the current crop.

WWE have a habit of claiming that prior work means nothing within their walls. A lot of that is ill-needed bragging about McMahon superiority over everyone else, so Garcia will be fine if she continues to work hard and shows off her Lucha skills.

It's not like the roster is blessed with countless women who can do that sort of thing right now.
