1. Vs. Kevin Owens (Elimination Chamber 2015)
Although the recent trend of pushing NXT-call ups and former indie darlings, such as Neville, has been encouraging for hardcore fans, very few people would have predicted such great things for Kevin Owens in WWE. Although he's a great promo and clearly has the 'it factor', Owens' physique, ring style and overall look were sure to hold him back, right? This has turned out not to be the case. John Cena, face of the WWE for over fifteen years and United States Champion, was cleanly beaten by Owens with his finisher, the pop-up powerbomb, after a blistering, near-fall-filled twenty minute instant classic. This was Owens' first WWE match. It was an unprecedented move, an eyebrow-raising debut victory that hasn't really been seen since The Great Khali pinned The Undertaker with one foot on his chest at Judgement Day 2006. Credit has to go to Cena, for doing the right thing for Owens and his future (possibly even the WWE's future). This is how you build up your monster heel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_LJ1TXol1yU
