9 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Feb 8)
The Yes! Movement rides high for one last night. Ambrose calls out the Beast.
Well, at least Roman Reigns doesnt have to worry about Daniel Bryan upstaging him in the ring on the Road to WrestleMania this year. Sorry, but that is about the best silver lining to be found in the gloomy clouds that hung over an admittedly good and entertaining Raw Monday night. Daniel Bryan announced his official retirement from wrestling an announcement many probably already are speculating was a work effectively ending a 16-year career and removing another potential returning star from the plethora WWE has right now. In addition to a moving farewell that had fans chanting and cheering throughout, WWE also upped the ante for the #1 contenders spot triple threat at Fastlane, having Brock Lesnar punk out Dean Ambrose twice, with the Lunatic Fringe taking his beating and asking for more. It made fans want to see Brock versus Dean, so lets hope WWE is on the same page at its fans for once. In addition to these major storylines, we found out that there will be two Divas matches at Fastlane, with Charlotte defending her title against a woman who has beaten her just once in several attempts, Brie Bella, and the unlikely duo of Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch looking to fend off the remainder of Team BAD. There are still a couple slots to fill, but it looks like WWE will indeed have a PPV in less than two weeks. So what excitedly chanted, Yes! Yes! Yes! and what tapped out to the Yes Lock? Lets get to it
