9 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Feb 8)

4. Ambrose On A Rampage

The opening segment of Raw made fans clamor for a one-on-one match between Dean Ambrose versus Brock Lesnar. Whether that was the intended purpose (and a new direction for Brock at WrestleMania, with the Bray Wyatt feud jettisoned), remains to be seen. But it certainly had fans fired up. Ambrose wasted little time in stalking to the ring and calling out the €œovergrown ape€ Lesnar. He showed no fear in stepping to Brock €“ and immediately ate an F5 for his troubles. Brock showed right away that he fears no one, even if he€™s outnumbered two-to-one (with Roman Reigns in the ring as well). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRpUKWmyap0 The result of that brief encounter (along with Dean vowing to find him in backstage segments) was fans€™ imaginations dreaming of a Mania bout between Lesnar and Ambrose, a grudge match pitting a guy who dishes out beatings for a living, and a guy who just doesn€™t care and will keep coming at you. Book it, please.
