9 Wrestlers That Need To Shine Bright At WWE Fastlane 2016

5. Kalisto

This Sunday, Kalisto finds himself in his first ever title defence at a WWE pay-per-view, and needs to pull out all the stops if he wants to be taken seriously. As the United States Champion, Kalisto is one of the focal representatives of the mid-card. If he loses the title, continuing his game of hot potato with Alberto Del Rio, neither will benefit. There€™s a good chance that Kalisto will be in a match at WrestleMania, giving him the platform to showcase his tremendous skill to fans across the globe. Whether that comes against Sin Cara, Neville or, God forbid, Del Rio yet again, Kalisto will add a sense of versatility to WrestleMania that only he can provide. That does not happen, however, if Kalisto isn't champion. If they€™d held off on his inaugural title win until €˜Mania itself, it would work just fine, but nobody will be interested in seeing Kalisto win his third US Title in a matter of three months. WWE will be giving up his appeal if he loses on Sunday, and will likely go on to waste his talents at WrestleMania. So with that said, after a decisive showing against Alberto Del Rio this Sunday, Kalisto needs to be declared as your remaining United States Champion heading into WrestleMania.
