It's one of the most surreal moments in the history of a younger wrestler meeting somebody they were a fan of considering the personal lives of WWE Hall Of Famer Lita and former Divas Champion AJ Lee. The fact that there are photos and videos of the encounter make it that much more interesting. The date was July 18, 2001. Lita was established as a diva in WWE while AJ Lee was 13 years old and in tears as she met her favorite diva in person. She got Lita to sign a tape she had and she even got a hug out of the meeting. The camera focused in on AJ, who was rocking a Lita t-shirt, and had tears of joy on her face. What's noteworthy about that is that Punk had dated Lita on multiple occasions in the past. In fact, Lita was Punk's girlfriend last year and even his date at the 2013 Hall of Fame ceremony. They broke up, Punk started dating AJ and now they're husband and wife. They're all private people, so none of them have really said anything about this odd triangle although it's been a popular topic among internet wrestling fans for the last year. It's pretty funny that AJ ended up with the man that her idol was with for so many years. The wrestling business is weird. No other way to say it.
