Rumor: The initial thought was Paige's reinforcements -- which would be some combination of Charlotte, Sasha Banks, and Becky Lynch -- was not the best way to introduce them to the larger WWE audience. Instead, having Stephanie McMahon personally introduce them gave a higher level of credibility that hopefully the crowd would instantly pick up on.

Reaction: Even though it's well known Triple H is the person developing the fantastic women's division in NXT, Stephanie was the choice to introduce them on Raw. This could be some very late damage control to the tongue lashing she received by AJ Lee back in February on Twitter. Either way, it's not about her, it's about bringing the women's division on the main roster up to a higher level. So far, so good.
