9 WWE Superstars Who Threw Their Manager Under The Bus

SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero became Edge's love-interest and manager when the R-Rated Superstar made a surprising return in 2007. Days after costing The Undertaker the World Heavyweight Championship, Edge was rewarded a championship match of his own against Batista by Vickie before the pair put on a graphic display of affection.

Unfortunately for Vickie, the pair's love wasn't strong enough to keep Edge in the ring when The Undertaker unexpectedly showed up on The Cutting Edge. As soon as The Deadman appeared, Edge promptly exited the ring and left the new SmackDown GM behind. Much like X-Pac so many years before, Edge watched in horror as his girlfriend was Tombstone Piledrivered right before his very eyes.

Though an iconic moment, this was yet another classic case of the cowardly heel standing by and doing absolutely nothing to save the person they supposedly cared so much about.
