This one won't come as much of a surprise, of course Rusev is going to win! It will probably be clean, as WWE look to send the big Russian heel into Mania season strong. The reason for the Swagger match is simply to enhance Rusev. In fact the match has already been done earlier in the year, and WWE are only rehashing it because there isn't much else to put in this sport at TLC. Swagger is a useful but disposable midcarder, he fits this purpose well. Rusev wins with The Accolade in under ten minutes. Winner and still champion: Rusev
