AEW "Winter Is Coming" Set To Return In December
AEW's dramatic end of year special will once again arrive this December.
AEW's "Winter is Coming" special will return to TNT this December.
As revealed during the latest episode of AEW Rampage, December 15's edition of Dynamite will play host to a chilly night of chaos, with Garland, Texas confirmed as the location for the second "Winter is Coming" special.
AEW President Tony Khan also took to Twitter shortly after the announcement to reveal that further information regarding the Owen Hart Cup Tournament would be made known at the event too:
Thank you everyone who watched #AEWRampage tonight on TNT! Thanks to you great wrestling fans around the world + the generosity of Dr. Martha Hart, on Wednesday 12/15 Winter is Coming #AEWDynamite, we’ll have more info including schedule for the highly anticipated Owen Hart Cup!

On top of the jaw-dropping debut of The Icon Sting, last year's first-ever "Winter is Coming" show saw now-former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley lose his title through nefarious tactics from Kenny Omega in the main event. Whether this special will be the event that involves Bryan Danielson challenging Hangman Page for the AEW World Championship remains to be seen.
Could TK opt to throw another shocking debut into the mix at the latest iteration of the ice cold Dynamite too? Luckily, we won't have to wait too long to find out...
