America's biggest retailer is set to carry All Elite Wrestling's line of official action figures once they release in August this year.

This is according to a new report from PWInsider's Mike Johnson, who calls the deal a "major win for AEW."

As was pointed out when the line was announced following last week's Dynamite, the first wave of releases will feature The Young Bucks, Cody, Brand Rhodes, and Kenny Omega. Many more are expected after that, with the likes of Jon Moxley, MJF, and Hangman Page all mentioned in the initial press release.

Johnson's writeup also states that manufacturers Jazwares/Wicked Cool Toys are "1000% behind the line and will be giving it a big push," which bodes extremely well for their prospects.

This could be seen as a sign that AEW is making roads into mainstream marketplaces. Wal-Mart is comfortably the biggest retail corporation in the United States so the action figures won't be lacking in visibility, giving them a great chance of early success. Whether they fly off the shelves or sit collecting dust remains to be seen, though the early signs are promising. It's another step forward in the promotion's ongoing growth.
