"Biggest Event In Wrestling History" or nightmare fuel for AEW and Tony Khan?

Here we go, people.

AEW's All In 2023 is a make or break moment for the company. It'll either be a rip-roaring success that carves into WWE's long-held domination of the UK market, or a one-off experiment that doesn't click but remains a history-maker at Wembley Stadium. One thing's for sure: Tony Khan's must be having some sleepless nights this week.

Everybody should want All In to do well, but...you know the drill by now. There's simply no room for stupid positivity in this article. It's about the absolute worst of the worst that could rain down on All Elite come the weekend by flattening All In's promise. Bad booking, egos running wild like Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania IX, embarrassing performances and more - it's all here.

The promotion must also battle the real world too. Travel issues could impact the blockbuster show, and that's true for fans as well as wrestlers if you've been keeping a close eye on the news. Oh yes, this could be quite the evening for those who love seeing AEW fail.

Here's every nightmare that has TK chewing his fingernails!

10. ‘Zero Hour’ Dilutes The Main Event’s Appeal

Putting MJF and Adam Cole out there for an avoidable ROH Tag Title match on the pre-show is a risk. It could, in theory, spoil the special feel of seeing them come out for the World Title bout later in the night. That's something Tony Khan probably factored in when booking.

Hopefully!

You just wouldn't really see this over on the WWE side for an event being hyped as 'Mania worthy though. For example, Triple H wasn't going to stick Roman Reigns or Cody Rhodes in a senseless tag match on the Kickoff portion in SoFi Stadium before they locked horns in the headliner.

That'd dilute the appeal of seeing both guys make their entrances later, and the same will be true for Friedman and Cole. Making them work twice when they're literally in the show's World Title bout comes across as fairly short-sighted more than anything. Let's hope AEW doesn't pay for this decision.
