3. MJF Wins

You're reading that correctly.

Listen, everyone knows how pro wrestling works by now. The likelihood of any wrestler adhering to a retirement stipulation is rather low, and most fans are willing to forgive so long as enough time passes between that "career ending" defeat and an inevitable comeback.

In other words, Chris Jericho can drop to defeat at All Out, take approx six months off active wrestling and then launch a return. Not many will be arsed if that happens, and it's not like Jezza is gonna be off AEW TV anyway (he's determined to shout loudly from behind the commentary desk).

Also, this is AEW's chance to strap a rocket to MJF and turn him into the top heel. He's the best at that role anyway, and just think how arrogant he'd be if he came out shining on Sunday night. Sometimes, the bad guys should win - that's what's best for the company in the long run.

Nobody believes Jericho will retire forever anyway.
