Losing the Impact World Title to Christian Cage was enough egg on Kenny Omega's face for one feud. That brilliant decision gave TNA's fanbase a lovely nostalgic moment, and also set up this thumping showdown at All Out. It was the very definition of excellent booking.

That doesn't mean Cage is the right guy to take the AEW prize from Kenny.

In fact, he's definitely not. Christian is a credible threat, but there's a sense that Omega needs a little more time to find himself in the heel champion role. If that sounds strange after almost a year in the hot seat, then blame the cartoonish presentation he uses during promos. In-ring, it's a different story; Omega is peerless at times.

If he finds a way to tone down the goofy antics and become a little more serious, then Kenny will be flying. Here, he can just concentrate on having a cracker with Cage that ends All Out on a high note. Or, does it...?
