Toni Storm is still to face Britt Baker in the semi finals of the Owen Hart Cup at time of writing. The same goes for Ruby Soho vs. Kris Statlander in the other semi, but a final pitting Storm vs. Soho makes the most sense - it's not like Britt needs any more time in the sun for a while, and AEW has a more pressing issue.

Namely, justifying the fact they even signed Toni and Ruby in the first place.

Tony Khan doesn't need to overcomplicate the final at Double Or Nothing. He can put Storm vs. Soho inside that ring, book the early minutes to be friendly-but-competitive and then have Ruby start to show off some heelish tendencies as the bout rages on.

That's something AEW can revisit down the line. The important thing is that Toni picks up the win, grabs that trophy and then starts to show why there was such a buzz about her jump from WWE.
