AEW Double Or Nothing 2022: 10 Things That Must Happen
5. Adam Cole Bags The Men’s Version
Meanwhile, on the men's side, Adam Cole should get the 'W'.
Like in the women's tourney, AEW has yet to thrash out exactly who's wrestling Cole in the final at Double Or Nothing. That should've happened by the time you read this, but this writer won't pretend to have some magical crystal ball that can see into the future.
If he did though, he'd guess that Adam is coming out on top regardless of whether he's working Kyle O'Reilly or Samoa Joe. The reigning ROH World TV Champ is probably the more compelling of those two foes, if only because friendly competitiveness will be a hook in the women's tournament final.
Sorry, Kyle, but that means you're missing out on this occasion. He can always come out on stage to celebrate with Cole when his fellow Elite member scores the win over Joe and parades around with the Owen Hart Cup. Why not, eh? Cole needs something to follow up on that failed AEW Title bid.
